Photo-A-Day

Back in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to make sure that I was getting outside for some exercise and fresh air everyday. In order to make sure that I did this, I committed to a “photo a day” project. Most of these pictures are taken around the house or the neighborhood in which I live. I did the project for over a year, and finished up by presenting it as one of the local news stations feature stories. I think having a creative goal for every day really helped me during the depth of the pandemic. I think that you could say that this project was about preserving myself.

These photos were all taken in square format with my iPhone 8, and manually adjusted using the built-in photos app, then directly posted to my Instagram account.
